Deuce FM's Logo Update
In a recent meeting we held as a group, I was given the job of designing the logo for our group Deuce FM. The first design was like this:----->
However we felt that this logo did not quite fit in with the image of our radio newscast because it lacked the urban look. We also thought that this logo would be better suited for a drama club because of the images used to make it.
Second logo
In order to create the basic shape of our logo, I used an
online image making software called 'imagebot'. This time I avoided using objects
and shapes that were already coloured and that had too much detail on them, in
order for me to be able to easily edit the design once I had transferred the
image into Photoshop.This time I used a darker background colour and added neon effects to the font so that it would resemble a dance club sign and match well with the party, urban image of my group's radio newscast.
